In November 2009, it was 15 years since Akademiska Hus really focused on sustainability issues – the first property company to do so. Today sustainability issues are an obvious and integral part of our core operations. The importance of being a leader in the industry in energy efficiency and indoor climate optimisation is matched by the desire to create value for shareholders, stakeholders and customers and to be a good employer for over 400 employees.
