We take climate responsibility
Our climate targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Net-Zero Standard and are in line with the Paris Agreement and what research requires to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees.
By 2040 we will have achieved a 90 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to 2019. The remaining ten per cent we neutralise through negative emissions.

Knowledge environments at universities and colleges should be teeming with life, movement and faith in the future. These are dynamic places with a focus on education and research where there is room for the whole person and where meetings between disciplines and with society in general take place easily and feel natural.

The construction and real estate industry must change fundamentally if we are to take our responsibility seriously in the green transition. For us, it is specifically about reducing the proportion of new construction in our property portfolio. We need to find new models where we convert existing buildings more often than build new.
