How we work
The purchasing function is responsible for procuring contracts and framework agreements for construction contracts, goods and services, based on the needs of the business and joint purchasing strategies, and for managing the agreements throughout the contract period. Orders and call-offs are made directly by the client in the business.
Examples of overarching agreement areas within Akademiska Hus:
- Construction services
- Installation
- Technical consultants
- Contracts
- IT
- HR services
- Ground service
How and where we advertise
Akademiska Hus announces ongoing procurements in Visma TendSign's procurement tool, which in turn is published in Visma Opics' database. Procurements above the threshold value can also be found in the electronic European database TED. By following the link "published procurements", you can read more about our ongoing procurements at Akademiska Hus.
We procure ethically and commercially
Good ethics must permeate all our business relationships, where our customers and our customers' customers are at the center. We place demands on our suppliers and partners regarding sustainable business. The requirements cover the environment, work environment, human rights and anti-corruption and are specified in governing documents for purchasing.
Do you already have a framework agreement with us or want to become a supplier
If you are a supplier and want to get in touch with the central purchasing function, you are welcome to ask questions of a more general nature. Feel free to email inkop@akademiskahus.se, or contact the switchboard for a referral to the right person.
However, for information about the individual procurements, we refer to the individual procurer through the procurement tool TendSign. If you want to know more about public procurement and the general procurement process, you can read more about this on the websites of the National Agency for Public Procurement and the Swedish Competition Authority .
