Akademiska Hus Student Programme

In Akademiska Hus' student programme, four students a year get the chance to deepen their knowledge in the real estate and construction industry at one of Sweden's largest real estate companies. The student programme is located in Stockholm, Lund and Gothenburg.

In our student program, you will have the chance to learn more about campus development alongside your studies. During the program, you get to walk next to our experts in management and development and see how one of Sweden's largest property owners works with their properties. Voices about the student programme

Oscar Nilsson Modig is a student at the Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Production and Management at LTH.

"I'm in the second year of the student program and it's very fun to work with something while I'm studying at school. Choosing courses based on what interests me when I work has made the school feel much more relevant. At Akademiska Hus, I also get to see how it actually works in working life and apply the knowledge I have. I learn an incredible amount from my colleagues and at the same time get to take responsibility for my own projects and tasks. During these two years, I will be involved in all parts of the company and get an overall picture of a real estate company that I never got otherwise. This, combined with being able to sit in a completely renovated office with fun colleagues, gives me a perfect start to my working life in the real estate industry."

Elin Strand previously attended the student programme and now works at Akademiska Hus as a property manager.

"Akademiska Hus' student program is a chance to apply your education to reality and learn from people with several years of experience in the real estate industry. It has given me an insight into how property development and management work are connected and what factors play a role here, both financial, legal and technical. A springboard into working life with colleagues and instructive tasks."
