Josefin Helgeson will take up her position on 1 August and will also be part of Akademiska Hus' management team. She is a trained human resources specialist and has previously worked in HR at PwC and before that in recruitment and staffing.

The company is owned by the state and has approximately 590 employees, who work as managers, engineers, property developers, property managers, operations technicians, economists, project managers and administrators.
