In the autumn of 2025, Sirona Health Solutions will move into newly renovated office premises, marking an important step in their continued work to improve the situation for players in the healthcare, social care and life science sectors.

Sirona Health Solutions specializes in creating better healthcare, care and new opportunities in the life science sector. The goal is to make healthcare more preventive, proactive and person-centred.

Nobels väg 3 – state-of-the-art premises in a central location
Nobels väg 3 includes five buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 6,000 m2. Here, Akademiska Hus is developing fifteen modern lab and office spaces with access to flexible conference rooms, meeting rooms, changing rooms and bicycle storage.
To ensure that the buildings are as sustainable as possible, some of them will be equipped with solar cells and several energy-saving measures will be implemented. During the reconstruction, there is also a strong focus on reuse, where, for example, doors and glass sections are taken care of and replaced.
In total, Akademiska Hus is investing just over SEK 260 million in the reconstruction, which is expected to be completed in stages between autumn 2025 and autumn 2026.
