Whether you're a beginner or experienced in yoga, you're warmly welcome! Our sessions are designed to make everyone feel comfortable and inspired. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your body, improve mobility, and find a moment of calm in the midst of everyday life.
When? Every Tuesday during the spring term.
Time? 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Where? Humle, AWL’s largest meeting room.
Bring: Your own yoga mat and an open mind!
