Information

We develop the campus most important lanes

The campus plan from 2019 points out the direction of will to develop the urban spaces on the Johanneberg campus to increase the social, biological and aesthetic values on campus, in short to increase the attractiveness on campus.

Akademiska Hus has now decided to develop the campus through an investment in one of the campus' most important sections. The intersection between Chalmers Tvärgata / Rännvägen / Skeppsgränd / Olga's stairs "Navet".

The "hub" is intended to be a place to stay and which uses the sunny location at the top of campus. The place is an urban space that is of great importance for the campus structure and where large numbers of people pass by daily. By creating a place where you want to stay, we hope to be able to create added value for our tenants.

The work will continue from the autumn of 2021, is expected to be completed in October 2022 and is estimated to cost between SEK 5 and 10 million.
