Race risk Entrance House 1 towards Roslagsvägen

Wednesday, August 28 - LP Bygg will start the lift work at 08.00. The work is expected to last two days.

Address: Roslagsvägen 26-30 refers to the facade length, Albano house 1.

The entrance is also a space way and only be available for evacuation and not used for normal use such as access to and exit from the property.

The entrance will only be available for evacuation.

Academic House would like to inform:

Please do not use the entrance towards Roslagsvägen in House 1 as we have a race risk there.

The matter has been notified under warranty to Skanska.

It is cordoned off to the extent that the exit can still be used as an emergency escape.

Meeting 26/8 with construction company to plan the work, where they will knock out these concrete plugs that are coming loose.

This ensures that the entrance can be used as soon as possible until Skanska acts.
