For the first time, we are organizing a tree walk on the KTH Campus! Many are interested in trees and perhaps even reflected on the diversity of trees on campus. Therefore, Akademiska Hus invites you to a tree walk on September 14 at 11 with closing lunch.
On the KTH Campus there is a great variety of trees, where the big trees are dominated by birch and oak. We humans feel good from staying in greenery, research has shown that stress can be reduced if you stay in a green environment with deciduous trees.
Prehistoric tree on campus
During the tour led by professional arborists, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the area's trees and their care. Did you know, for example, that there is a prehistoric species from China in the area?
We offer lunch after the hike.
