Event conditions:
The auditorium has a capacity of 1,140 people divided into 780 seats in the hall and 360 seats in the stands.
The room is equipped according to the equipment list and load conditions according to the drawing. See Arrangement Requirements, 1K .
Error report:
Is something wrong in your house? Submit an error report to Akademiska Hus via the app or on our website. Enter any room number when reporting a fault. The room number is indicated on the door post.
In case of urgent errors outside normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 07.30-16.00) you can call the emergency number 070-510 10 02.
Locking:
The house is equipped with a time-controlled central locking system. In addition to regular working hours, an access card with a code is required for access.
When exiting through locked doors, press the button with the key symbol located next to the door. Also make sure the door locks.
In waste rooms/environmental rooms there are separate containers for source sorting. Akademiska Hus is responsible for emptying waste rooms.
The tenant is responsible for removing bulky waste, pallets and larger packaging.
Generally
The luminaires in corridors and public areas are switched on and off via time channels. Lighting in toilets is controlled locally with motion detectors. In addition to the set time, the lighting is switched on via push button.
Office
Fluorescent luminaires are equipped with high-frequency drive devices (HF devices) for flicker-free light. Lighting is switched on and off via presence control.
Fire
Fire alarms (signal sounds) are installed throughout the building, with automatic connection to the emergency services.
If the fire alarm goes off, evacuate the house according to posted signs and evacuation plans. Fire doors that are set up with magnets close automatically in the event of an alarm to prevent the spread of fire and smoke gases.

Person and elevator alarms
The option to send an emergency signal is available in lifts and disabled toilets. When the push button is held down for more than 15 seconds, a signal sounds outside the door and an alarm is sent to Akademiska Hus. After regular working hours, alarms are sent to on-call personnel or security guards.
Alarms from elevators are reset by operating personnel.
Coverage
Never leave things open to theft.
If possible, also lock the rooms when they are empty.
Consider the risk of theft!
If you see someone you don't recognize or are otherwise unsure of, ask who they are and what they are doing on the premises.
Escape routes/ Assembly point
See evacuation plans in corridors.
The escape routes, which are marked with green luminous escape signs, must never be blocked. The green signs are always lit and have a battery backup to illuminate even in the event of a power cut.
If the fire alarm is triggered, all personnel must leave the building, close all doors behind them and gather at the assembly point (See the respective evacuation plan). The staff reports there to the evacuation recipient and leaves their name and group affiliation or equivalent. No one may depart from the assembly point until this is done.
Sprinkler
The entire building is served by a water sprinkler system. The sprinkler is automatically started when the heat detector is triggered and can only be turned off by the responsible fire officer.
The house has a so-called waterborne heating system for heating elements on the outer walls. The desired temperature is set using the thermostat placed on the element.
If it is cold in the room, check that the valve next to or under the element is open before reporting a fault.
Car parking
Parking spaces intended for vehicles with a handicap permit can be found close to the main entrance. Please see Campus map
Entrances and lifts
The entrances are accessible and all floors can be reached via lift.
RWC and Vilrum
Toilets adapted for the disabled are available on each floor. At the RWC there are security alarms with red push buttons labeled "emergency signal". Alarms are reset inside each room by pressing the reset button.
Generally
The ventilation normally runs during the day and is started/stopped by a central timer.
After regular office hours, however, the ventilation can be started via timer buttons.
It is permitted to ventilate the premises by opening windows, only these are closed when leaving the room. However, do not open windows during evenings and weekends as this can trigger an alarm!
After regular office hours, i.e. in the evening and on weekends, the ventilation in the building is switched off to save energy. The ventilation can be started manually again via a timer button. Ventilation then continues for the set time.

The air supply in offices takes place automatically via presence control.
