Error report:
Is something wrong in your house? Submit an error report to Akademiska Hus via the app or on our website. Enter any room number when reporting a fault. The room number is indicated on the door post.
In case of urgent errors outside normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 07.30-16.00) you can call the emergency number 070-510 10 02.
Locking:
The house is equipped with an electronic central locking system with card reader in some main entrances. This means that the entrance doors are automatically locked outside office hours. An access card and code are then required for access to the building.
When exiting through locked doors, press the button with the key symbol located next to the door.
In the house's associated garbage room, there are separate containers for source sorting. Akademiska Hus is responsible for emptying waste rooms.
The tenant is responsible for removing bulky waste, pallets and larger packaging.
Generally
Entrance and exterior lighting is regulated according to daylight; lit at dusk and extinguished at dawn.
Corridors
The lighting is switched on with push buttons in the corridor.
Fire
SCARED - WARN - ALARM - EXTINGUISH
• save yourself and others around you, but don't take too many risks yourself
• warn others who may be in danger
• alert the Emergency Services by calling 112
• put out the fire if possible
Escape routes/ Assembly point
See evacuation plans in corridors.
The escape routes, which are marked with green luminous escape signs, must never be blocked. The green signs are always lit and have a battery backup to illuminate even in the event of a power cut.
Coverage
Remember, if possible, to lock your room when it is empty. Also, do not keep things prone to theft loose at the front of the room.
Consider the risk of theft!
At night, the building is guarded by guards.
If you see people you don't know, ask who they are and what they are doing on the premises. Be prepared to show identification, especially if you are staying on the premises outside office hours.
Car parking
Parking spaces intended for vehicles with a handicap permit are available at the humanist house. Please see Campus map.
Entries
The entrances are accessible.
RWC
Toilets adapted for the disabled are available in the building. At the RWC there are security alarms with red push buttons labeled "emergency signal". Alarms are reset inside each room by pressing the reset button.
Generally
The ventilation units normally run during the day and are controlled by the time channel.
Outside office hours, the ventilation can be forced to start manually.
