Error report:
Is something wrong in your house? Submit an error report to Akademiska Hus via the app or on our website. Enter any room number when reporting a fault. The room number is indicated on the door post.
In case of urgent errors outside normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 07.30-16.00) you can call the emergency number 070-510 10 02.
Locking:
IKSU is equipped with a time-controlled central locking system. In addition to regular office hours, an access card with a code is required for access. When exiting through locked doors, press the button with the key symbol located next to the door.
In the house's garbage room, there are separate containers for glass, paper, batteries and other garbage.
The tenant is responsible for removing bulky waste, pallets and larger packaging.
General lighting
The lighting is controlled via presence. In some places it is controlled using push buttons.
Fire
A fire alarm (signal sounds) is installed in the building and the alarm goes directly to the emergency services and 112.
If the fire alarm goes off, evacuate the house according to posted signs and evacuation plans. Fire doors set up with magnets close automatically in the event of an alarm, to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
SCARED - WARN - ALARM - EXTINGUISH
• save yourself and others around you, but don't take too many risks yourself
• warn others who may be in danger
• alert the Emergency Services by calling 112
• put out the fire if possible
Fire sectioned doors in corridors and towards escape routes that are not set up with magnets connected to the fire alarm must always be kept closed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
Flammable equipment
Installation of flammable equipment or setting up of gas cylinders with flammable gases may only take place after contacting Akademiska Hus, which in turn has a duty to notify the fire service.
As a user, you are responsible for gas bottles being labeled and fire-fighting equipment required for the business being procured.
Person and elevator alarms
The option to send an emergency signal is available in lifts, disabled toilets and rest rooms. When the push button is held down, a signal sounds outside the door and an alarm is sent to Akademiska Hus. After regular working hours, alarms are sent to on-call staff or security guards. An alarm telephone with voice communication is also installed for lifts.
Alarms from elevators are reset by operating personnel.
Coverage
Remember to lock your room when it is empty, and not to keep things that are prone to theft in the room.
At night, the building is guarded by guards.
If you see people you don't know, ask who they are and what they are doing on the premises. Be prepared to show identification if you are staying on the premises.
Car parking
Parking spaces intended for vehicles with a handicap permit can be found close to the main entrance. Please see Campus map .
Entrances and lifts
The entrances are accessible and all floors can be reached via lift.
RWC
Toilets adapted for the disabled are available on each floor. At the RWC there are security alarms with red push buttons labeled "emergency signal". Alarms are reset inside each room by pressing the reset button.
Generally
The ventilation runs according to IKSU's opening hours.
