Is something wrong in your house? Submit an error report to Akademiska Hus via the app or on our website. Enter any room number when reporting a fault. The room number is indicated on the door post.

In case of urgent errors outside normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 07.30-16.00) you can call the emergency number 070-510 10 02.
Locking:
The house is equipped with an electronic access system. For access to the building when the doors are locked, an access card with the associated code is required.
When exiting through locked doors, press the button with the key symbol next to the door.
In the house's garbage room, there are separate containers for source sorting.
Akademiska Hus is responsible for emptying waste rooms.
Fire
Fire alarms (signal sounds) are installed throughout the building. In the event of an alarm, this is connected directly to the emergency services.
In the event of an alarm, evacuate the building according to posted signs and evacuation plans. Fire doors set up with magnets close automatically in case of an alarm to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.

Fire-sectioned doors to corridors and escape routes must always be kept closed to prevent the possible spread of fire and smoke.
Flammable equipment
Installation of flammable equipment or setting up of gas bottles with flammable gases may only take place after contacting Akademiska Hus, which in turn has a duty to notify the fire service.
As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that gas bottles are labeled and that the fire-extinguishing equipment needed for the business is procured and available.
Personal alarm
It is possible to send an emergency signal from disabled toilets and rest rooms. When the push button is held down for more than 15 seconds, a signal sounds outside the door and the alarm goes to Akademiska Hus. After regular working hours, alarms are sent to on-call personnel or security guards.
Coverage
Remember to always, if possible, lock your room when it is empty. Also, do not keep things prone to theft loose at the front of the room.
Consider the risk of theft!
If you see people you do not recognize or are otherwise unsure of, ask who they are and what they are doing on the premises.
Room temperature
The house has a so-called waterborne heating system for heating elements on the outer walls. If it is cold in the room, check that the valve next to or under the element is open before reporting a fault.
The desired temperature is set with any thermostat placed on the element or, if available, via a room sensor placed on the wall.
Airing
It is permitted to open windows for ventilation, only these are closed when leaving the premises.
However, do not open windows when the building is normally locked, as this could trigger an alarm!
