The bicycle parking is out of use until further notice due to maintenance work

Akademiska Hus is to carry out roof reconstruction on the northern part of the University Library (UB).

Roof construction begins week 20 and is expected to last until week 36.

After that, the scaffolding will be demolished and we will begin drainage and clean-up measures. We expect to implement it in autumn 2024 and spring/summer 2025.

Our contractor Nåiden Bygg AB has started work on erecting a scaffolding around part F at UB.

The installation of the rack means that we need to dismantle the bicycle roof that sits on the northern facade of UB.

The bicycle parking lot will not be able to be used during the roof reconstruction and restoration work.

The bicycle parking is expected to be back in use in the spring of 2026.
