Campus Lund Universitetsplatån

BMC, Hus A, Wallenberg Neurocentrum

General information

The Biomedical Center in Lund is a creative research and training environment for medical research with a clinical focus. There is a clear problem-oriented focus and the research groups work in thematic mosaics where development is stimulated by concepts and ideas from different areas being pitted against each other. BMC is close to Skåne University Hospital and the proximity between them means that the paths between the clinic and laboratory are short - both mentally and physically.

BMC consists of five different buildings, a total of about 50,000 square meters, of which about 38,000 are modern research laboratories.
