The Blåsenhus area
In the Blåsenhus area is the green area Lugnet. Here, preserved, exotic trees coexist with spacious, green areas that are ideal for socializing. The area has both beach volleyball courts and paddle tennis courts. For those who want to exercise, there is a fitness center/gym for good training opportunities. The nearby and beautiful Botanical Garden is ideal for a lunchtime walk and a fantastic excursion destination. There is, among other things, the grand Baroque garden, the two-hundred-year-old orangery and Uppsala's only rainforest.
