Residential building, originally called "Fjället", built of clapboard paneled and red-colored timber on one floor with a furnished attic under a broken brick roof. Stone plinth. Front stove facing the yard. Half-round windows also in the gables. Black-painted balcony facing the courtyard. Gray and white carpentry. Pointed arched main entrance with double mirrored doors.
Tile stoves in at least two rooms on the ground floor.
Built in 1851 as a residential building for the teacher H. von Post. Rebuilt around 1910-20.
S of the building there is a garden and S of this a pond with a small bridge.
