Akademiska Hus plans to build student housing with room for about 640 people between LTH and Ideon in Lund.
To meet the need for student housing that exists in Lund, Akademiska Hus plans to build about 300 student apartments with space for 640 students and researchers. By dividing the area into two larger blocks, good conditions are created for housing with the opportunity for flexibility and variation where different needs for housing types can be met.
Cassiopeia is located at the intersection of Kunskapsstråket at LTH and the Idea Walk, which stretches from Ideon to the green area that forms the Science Park to the west.
