Student and researcher housing

How to find the housing queue

We build and own student housing, but we are not the ones who rent out the apartments to students and researchers. We rent out our entire student housing buildings to "block renters" and it is through them that students then rent the apartments. Here you will find ways to the housing queues that exist for our properties.

Block renters can use slightly different methods for how the homes are rented out. Some use the municipal housing queue, others have their own housing queues. Check each individual block renter's website for more information.

Gothenburg

Språkskrapan: It is not possible to queue for the apartments in Språkskrapan as all apartments will be block rented by the University of Gothenburg to be rented out to exchange students and visiting researchers.

Luleå

Polstjärnan: read more and apply at K2A. 

Lund/Alnarp

Stockholm and Solna
