Collaboration will take place in development areas that are strategically important to both parties and that contribute to the UN's global development goals as well as to achieving Akademiska Hus and KTH's climate goals. This may apply to general or specific challenges at KTH Campus, but also involve other campus areas and properties within Akademiska Hus' portfolio. Long-term cooperation creates mutual benefits through both parties developing and exchanging knowledge and application of sustainable solutions and methods.
- There is a common interest in highlighting the importance of knowledge environments in strengthening Sweden as a knowledge nation. Both we and KTH are also positive to increased use of existing premises and to use campuses as test beds to promote education, research and innovation," says Caroline Arehult, CEO of Akademiska Hus.
