First tenant in Maskrosen – Akademiska Hus signs agreement with Greensway

Akademiska Hus has signed an agreement with Greensway for approximately 600 m2 in Maskrosen on Campus Ultuna in Uppsala. Greensway will thus be the first tenant to sign an agreement for Maskrosen, which Akademiska Hus is building for modern laboratories and office environments.

Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, and Greensway will move in on May 1, 2025. Greensway is an important tenant on campus and has a close collaboration and connection to the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).

Today, there are around 70 knowledge-intensive companies in the area, and more are on their way to establishing themselves. It brings together companies, researchers and enthusiastic entrepreneurs who are all working towards a sustainable future. The area's largest player is SLU, which has about 1000 researchers and 2000 students. In the university's state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities, you will meet many experts in different fields.
