Summer letter from Akademiska Hus

Now there are not many days left before most of us get a much-needed day off and the opportunity to recharge our batteries. It has been an intense academic year where a lot has happened on our campus in Lund and Malmö.We have conducted this year's NKI survey where the result for Lund/Malmö ended up at 60, a clear rise from last year's measurement of 51. If we look at Lund Center and Malmö, we increase the result to 61 from 59 in the last measurement. Universitetsplatån increased to 60 from 56 and LTH to 59 from 41. A result we are very happy about, but the work continues to make us even better. More about the results will come at the autumn house meetings.Lund Center:We have renovated the G:a Lungkliniken, which is now ready for occupancy at the beginning of June. During the autumn, we began the replacement of outdoor fixtures in Kv Paradis and in the UB park, which has now been completed. Together with our contractor Peab and our land manager Catharina, we have looked over the vegetation and taken measures to above all increase safety, more will be done during the autumn. The university library is being carefully renovated to create a new entrance that meets the beautiful building in a better way and more study places, expected to be completed by the turn of the year 24/25.Lund Universitetsplatån:During the spring, we adapted a room for LU Byggnad at KC 3. It is the first room in Anshelmhusen that has been adapted to function as a large-room office, and it will be exciting to see which business moves into the room.We unfortunately had a fire on BMC's roof which fortunately did not cause any major damage to the house or impact on the business. The emergency services did a good job so that the water damage was minimized. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated. It is likely that a scaffold will need to be placed over parts of the house during the restoration.Lund LTH:At LTH, there are two major development projects of the outdoor environment in the starting pits, a collaboration project with VA SYD and REWAISE where we will test the future stormwater delay in the ponds lake Sjön and pond Pölen as well as strengthen the attractiveness around an important gathering place on campus. The project is planned to be ready before the traditional regatta and is illustrated in the picture on the next page. The second development project is to strengthen the outdoor environment of the Northern Campus at LTH, where interventions during the autumn/winter will take place in front of the Police Hall with new bicycle parking, the Amphitheater, the AK park and all the way up to the IKDC entrance. Akademiska Hus is proud and happy that the design was developed in collaboration with representatives from LU Byggnad, LTH and TLTH.Many thanks for a good cooperation during the spring and we hope that you all have a nice summer and time off. We ourselves look forward to gardening, rounds of golf with friends, underwater rugby cup in Barcelona, barbecue evenings and many salty baths in the Sound, which gives us lots of energy.Sunny greetingsChristoffer, Elin, Lars-Bertil and colleagues

Thanks to your answer in the customer survey, we can develop

Every year, Akademiska Hus conducts a customer survey (NKI, Satisfied Customer Index) to measure how well we succeed with our service to you as a customer and to see which areas of improvement you think we have as a landlord. This year's result is an improvement from last year's result and it gives us at Akademiska Hus a receipt that we are doing the right things. The results of our customer survey show that customers' ratings at Akademiska Hus in Skåne have improved, which we believe is mainly due to the many collaborations and activities we have carried out together. The survey shows that our customers are generally satisfied with our employees as well as our handling of errors that are reported in the houses, which we are extra happy about. We will present a more detailed result of the survey at the meetings we have together. Then there is also the opportunity to reflect on the result. Despite this year's gratifying results, we have work ahead of us to further improve your experience as a customer. We need to do this work together with you as a customer and we look forward to exploring the local development potential through Pulse Measurements, among other things. Do you have questions about this year's survey or how we try to improve customer satisfaction? Contact trustee Lina von Barth lina.von.barth@akademiskahus.se About the survey This year's survey was conducted 21 September-11 October by Prognoscentret AB. NKI is a weighted result of three questions: How satisfied are you with Akademiska Hus as a whole? To what extent has Akademiska Hus met your expectations? Imagine a property owner who has been perfect in all respects, how close or far from this ideal do you think Akademiska Hus has been?
